The upside is that it’s not only as powerful as any other image manipulation tool I’ve ever used (so far, that is, I’ve only been trying it for an hour) but it’s hugely more intuitive to use.<\/p>\n
It’s also a lot, lot cheaper than something like Photoshop.<\/p>\n

What’s this got to do with presentations? Because I don’t know about the people that make presentations in your company or organisation but the ones I work with mostly know about what they know about – and manipulating images on computers is a black art to most people. \u00a0This software makes it so easy it’s embarrassing.<\/p>\n
Take the ‘Heal’ tool for example. \u00a0You can simply rub out things you don’t want on the image and the software makes a very good stab at filling in the gap with colours taken from around the area you’ve just rubbed out. Which means that if you’ve got (say) a person in the background of your image that you want to get rid of, you can.<\/p>\n
Now, no doubt I’m going to find the downsides of this software soon – but the fact that after only an hour I’m blogging about it should tell you something… what it tells me is that after only an hour I’m already using it with more convenience than both Photoshop and GIMP!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
