After all, dieting is simple<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Eat less, exercise more<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>but that doesn&#8217;t make it easy, I know.<\/p>\n<p>So with that caveat in mind I&#8217;m rather proud to announce that the new Ebook is available.
