Well, okay&#8230; don&#8217;t read 12 point text off the screen with your back to the audience is pretty close, I admit. But basically whatever works, works. That means it&#8217;s hard to create a cheat-sheet, but Joe Shervell at <a href=\"http:\/\/datadial.net\" target=\"_blank\">datadial.net<\/a> has had a darn good go, on behalf of the <a title=\"The opposition! :)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.londonspeakerbureau.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">London Speaker Bureau<\/a>!
