You’ll know, as  a much-appreciated reader of this blog, that what we do here (particularly me) is train people in how to make better presentations etc.
At meeting after meeting this week (I don’t know why this week it struck me in particular!) people talked to me about the fact that they’d love to make presentations but they’re too anxious. Â You’ve probably read the research/claims that public speaking is the world’s most common ‘greatest fear’.
That got me curious (again – I’ve been curious in the past, but this is the first time I’ve done anything semi-systematic about it!) about why people don’t simply get some training (preferably off us, but I’m not fussy! :) Â ). Â To try and figure out what’s what, I’ve put together a very simple questionnaire:

I’ve gone for speed rather than depth, so it’ll probably only take you a minute to fill in. Â I’d be great if you could give me just a minute of your time to give me some proper data – and it would be even better if you could spread the word to your networks, so that the information is more valuable.
Just a minute is all I’m looking for!
Many thanks!
