The new book, Presentation Genius, is nearly here. It’s due out in about six weeks from now, at the end of July. You’ll already know the new website is up and running at presentationgenius.info. (If not, pop over ;) )
This week I’ve put a slightly longer-than-normal post up there, based upon one of the chapters – it’s about accents in your presentations (and background noise). The effect of either (or both!) is more serious than we imagine. It turns out we don’t make as much allowance for things as we think we do and (rather sadly I think) tend to subconsciously blame the presenter if we’re finding it hard to make out what they say.
Have a read, right here.
